Pre-Order Terms & Policies
1. Pre-orders only - no stock yet
Seave is currently selling PocketGlide on a pre-order basis only. There is no ready stock. By placing an order, you are pre-ordering a product that has not yet been manufactured, and you are backing its first production run.
2. Pre-order period and early-supporter discount
Orders placed through January 2027 are pre-orders. Customers who pre-order during this period receive 30% off PocketGlide as an early-supporter benefit, in recognition of being among the first to back the launch.
3. Bringing PocketGlide to life
PocketGlide launches as a limited first run, reserved for the people who want it first. To green-light that run, we're gathering approximately 1,000 pre-orders by March 2027. Reach it, and production begins. If we don't reach it, PocketGlide won't go into production this round — and section 4 tells you exactly what happens to your money.
4. Full refund if production doesn't go ahead
If the production target is not reached, every pre-order customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product. You do not carry the risk of the product not being made — if it isn't produced, your money comes back to you.
5. Delivery timing
If production goes ahead:
- Expected (target) delivery: May 2027.
- Latest delivery commitment: August 2027.
May 2027 is our target. August 2027 is the latest date by which we commit to deliver. These dates apply only if the production threshold in section 3 is reached.
6. Your product may look slightly different from the images
PocketGlide is in active development. The final product may differ slightly from the photos, renders, and descriptions shown at pre-order - for example in color, finish, or minor design details. Its core function and purpose remain as described.
